Notice:
★If you are coming for the first time, you may make an appointment by the online, telephone or on-site. However you must still go to the Registration desk to complete procedures before going to the clinic.(Morning Clinic: until 11:30; Afternoon Clinic: until 16:00; Evening Clinic: until 20:00)
★If each clinic has too many patients must postpone the office hour, various end hours mentioned above will accommodate extension.
Registration Fee：
- Morning and Afternoon Clinic: NT $100.
- Evening Clinic: NT $150.
- Emergency: NT $250.
Health insurance personal status：
- OPD Basic Co-Payment：NT $360.
- Reduced Co-Payment if referred by an outside doctor：NT$ 210.
- The co-payment is waived for certain individuals, e.g. those with low income, children under 3 years years old, veterans, etc.
- Dentistry patients and patients with disability certificates：NT$ 50.
- Emergency treatment fee：NT$ 450.
Medicine Partial fee：
- Over NT 100, add 20%; maximum co-payment NT 200.
- The patient must pay in full for any items not covered by health insurance.
